Product Information
- Country of Origin
- Imported. The specific country of manufacture is printed on the product packaging. Cavora Crescent is a retailer, not a manufacturer.
- Shipping
- Flat ₹69 on orders below ₹1,999 — free shipping on orders of ₹1,999 and above. Ships across India only, dispatched from Kanpur in 1–2 working days and delivered in 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- Warranty
- Damaged or defective on arrival — chipped or split panels, lifted laminate, bent frames, missing hardware, or an item not as described: email us photos within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement, exchange or full refund.
Manufacturer’s warranty — branded items carry the manufacturer’s own warranty against manufacturing defects, on that brand’s terms; we will help you reach them. Your itemised order invoice is required for any claim. - Care Instructions
- Wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Do not use solvents, bleach or abrasive cleaners on laminate or powder-coated metal. Keep engineered-wood panels away from standing water and off outer walls that sweat during the monsoon — swelling caused by moisture is not a manufacturing defect. Re-tighten fixings after the first few weeks of use and distribute weight evenly across shelves.
- Material & Dimensions
- Listed in the product details above and on the product packaging.
