Cavora Crescent is a small online office-storage counter in Kanpur selling filing cabinets, mobile carts, shelving and task chairs. Every listing gives assembled dimensions, drawer count and the rated load, and the fixings are counted into the pack before it leaves.
Cavora Crescent is a sole proprietorship based in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, operating online as Cavora Crescent at cavoracrescent.shop. We are online-only — there is no showroom and no walk-in counter; the address on our invoices is the registered office and packing room.
Four bolts short
A three-drawer mobile pedestal arrived four bolts short. Not a serious fault on paper, and a fortnight of evenings in practice: the size was non-standard, the nearest hardware shop did not stock it, and the cabinet stood half-built in a corner the whole time.
So fixings are counted into the bag here and the bag is taped inside the largest panel, and the listing prints the count. It is a small operational discipline that removes the single most annoying failure in flat-pack furniture.

For chairs and shelves, with the gas-lift class where it applies. A rating is a manufacturer’s figure and we present it as one.
Assembled size before you order
Height, width, depth and the largest diagonal, so the piece clears the access rather than the room.
What we will not claim
We will not describe a chair as ergonomic without saying which adjustments it actually has, we will not print a load rating we cannot source, and we will not call a delivery an installation. Office furniture is bought once and lived with daily, which makes a wrong specification a long-running complaint.
